It is gold-colored with a decorative top that very rare with 6-blue and 3-white rhinestones.

This item is often mistaken for a vintage retractable brush in a brass tube with a tiny lipstick top.

However, it is actually a lipstick case, designed with a jeweled top, and is a stylish art piece.
